Finance Manager/Operations Finance (Supply Chain Finance, DC Ops and Inventory)
Job Description
Finance Manager will partner with Supply Chain organization to develop and continuously improve effective financial processes and drive performance. This role collaborates across matrixed organization, develops, communicates financial insights, and provides financial guidance.
The ideal candidate has outstanding business acumen, intense curiosity, learner mindset, passion to drive ideas and initiatives to completion, excellent analytics abilities, and communication skills. Finance manager will excel in data-driven decision making and will be comfortable with ambiguity and faced paced environment.
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following
Lead and execute core financial processes for Supply Chain organization including period forecasting, Annual Operating Plan, Strategic Business Plan and period financial reviews.
Partner with senior leadership team to achieve short- and long-term goals. Drive growth and profitability through business partnerships, financial analysis, and investment valuation modeling.
Own the design, development, and execution of performance management metrics, reports, dashboards to drive key business decisions and accountability
Identify opportunities and develop ad-hoc business analysis and present recommendations to senior management.
Manage and develop analysts who provide support to business units ensuring financial best practices are implemented and followed. Build high-performance culture where team members will develop their skillsets and pursue meaningful work and career goals.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Finance/Accounting, Business, Analytics. Advance degree and/or CMA, FMVA, CFA preferred
Experience in operations finance supporting business teams. Supply Chain Finance (DC Operations and Inventory) preferred
5+ years of relevant experience in positions that require analysis and reporting financial results. Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving
Advanced Excel
Technical analytics skills preferred: SQL, R, Power BI, Access, Hyperion, PBCS/Smartview.
