Join our government client in this urgent temp role - AO4, central location!
Where you will be working: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the finance team of our Brisbane-based government client in this 3-month contract!

What you will be doing: In this busy and varied role, the main focus will be on providing high quality financial accounting support. Your duties shall include but are not limited to:

• Assisting the Accountants with end of month reconciliations, such as accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Preparing purchase orders and contracts
• Compiling financial information for end of month reporting and processing requirements
• Liaising with internal and external clients for accurate receipting to outstanding debtors
• Undertaking other finance and administrative activities as required.

What you need to succeed:

• Demonstrated experience within a similar role
• Ability to prioritise projects and tasks efficiently, in line with team commitments
• Be flexible to changing expectations, welcome challenges and demonstrate persistence
