Assistant Accountant-Exciting Temp Role- Carmarthen Based- Hybrid Working


Your new company
A large organisation near Carmarthen is seeking an Assistant Accountant to join their experienced Finance team on a temporary basis. Due to the current working arrangements the role be hybrid working, meaning the successful candidate will be able to split their time between home and the office.

Your new role
As the Assistant Accountant you will be responsible for; generating key weekly reports with commentary and analysis for key budget holders and other senior stakeholders, ownership of allocated accruals and cost analysis, reconciliations, involvement in annual budget process, assisting with forecasts and involvement in systems and process improvement projects.

This is an exciting and varied role for a level 4 AAT or part-qualified finance professional looking for a role which will offer them a challenge. Experience of SAP or Oracle would be highly advantageous.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you as the Assistant Accountant will need to have experience in a similar role, an understanding of weekly reporting, be an enthusiastic and driven individual, have strong analytical and problem solving skills and currently studying towards an CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification or planning on doing so.
