Description

A rare opportunity to assume a high profile FP&A role with a dynamic, international, FMCG retail business

This role will support an international, multi channel Retail business. A flexible approach will be required from an experienced candidate to provide general support potentially across high level and also low level activities.

  • · Overall financial reporting on the trends and drivers impacting on performance across your business area(s)

    · To encourage and hold the business partners to account on delivery of their in-year financial commitments, budget and 3YP

    · Act as a Leader across the wider finance team and handle performance of direct reports

    · Work with relevant business partners and financial control teams to ensure rigorous and robust financial planning processes (in year performance, financial forecasts, budget and 3YP)

    · Provide ad-hoc analysis to support the generation of business cases by the capital and investment team

    · Responsibility to ensure strong governance/adherence to our control environment including SOX

Profile

You will be a commercially minded, qualified accountant with experience of leading a commercial finance / FP&A team is a dynamic business

Job Offer

£75-85k plus car allowance, bonus etc
