Job requirements :
- Matric
- 3-5years experience in creditors / finance role
- Intermediate excel skills
- Experience working with ERP software packages (SYSPRO experience will be advantageous)
- Manufacturing experience is essential
Duties :
- Processing of Accounts payable invoices on SYSPRO.
- Preparations AP recons.
- Maintain a query tracking schedule which should be reviewed weekly.
- Assist Accountant in compiling Accruals list.
- Produce AP Age analysis with comments monthly.
- Maintain accurate invoice filing and archiving.
- Ensure GRN report is cleared regularly.
- Assist with Foreign creditor clearing (Prepayments)
- Take charge of company consumable procurements which includes (stationery, cleaning materials, safety clothing, etc)
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
