- Complete Matric
- Studying towards a BCom Accounting or,
- Complete Bookkeeping qualification
Skills:
- Advanced Excel
- Sage X3
- 4 years in a similar role within the Creditors environment
- Foreign Creditors payments essential
Job description:
- Process, reconcile and load payments.
- Validate and checks invoices and POs
- Facilitate and check invoice approval processes ensuring payment terms and deadlines are met.
- Match and capture invoices and load payments
- Manage the payment process according to payment terms and perform exchange rate calculations for foreign supplier payments.
