Job DescriptionThis leading consumer finance provider is looking to recruit an experienced internal auditor. In this role you will work as part of a small internal audit team and lead/participate in audit engagements, reporting to the head of the team. You will be involved in the planning and execution of internal audits across all departments of the business as well as reporting and discussing findings with senior management. You will be expected to generate and manage strong internal relationships. The suitable candidate for this position should have at least 7-8 years' internal audit experience, come from a UK banking background and ideally hold a relevant internal audit and/or accountancy qualification. A good understanding of UK banking regulations, consumer credit products and experience of working in treasury audit would be beneficial.
