Hands on Financial Controller role with progression to Finance Director position in future

Description
- Inputting Purchase ledger and authorising payments and managing creditors
- Inputting sales ledger and managing debtors;
- Reconciling daily sales to bankings;
- Liaising with bar and restaurant managers on stock control and audits;
- Overseeing bank feeds into XERO;
- Bank reconciliations;
- Maintaining petty cash;
- Maintenance of general ledger;
- Payroll (approx 50 employees );
- Liaising and working with FD and site managers on preparation of weekly management reports;
- Liaising and working with FD on preparation of monthly board pack:
- Liaising and working with FD on budget preparation;
- Preparation and review of weekly and monthly P & L and cash flow;
- Attendance at board meetings
Profile
- Fully qualified and 2 years+ PQE
- Industry experience- if this is in retail or hospitality then even better!
- Hardworking and ambitious
- Happy to be involved in all aspects of finance and be very hands on
Job Offer
