Your new role
As their Accounts Payable you will be helping the team and helping to capture and process invoices on V1, ensuring the correct authorisation and coding them. You will be expected to do the BACS run for costs and rebates, to deal with the staff expenses, to deal with daily bank postings and bank reconciliations, to ensure business expense procedures are adhered to and to do the monthly aged creditors report among other tasks. You will need to be able to deal with the monthly balance sheet recs and prepayment journals reconciliation.


What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role has a proactive attitude and relevant experience on a similar role and a good understanding of Sun Systems 6.3, Excel and V1.
