Your new company
A successful Liverpool based manufacturing business that is part of a larger global business. The UK business is in the £20 to £50 million turnover bracket and supplies some of the UK's largest manufacturing businesses.
This role offers good prospects for progression and is part of the succession planning for the Finance Director.

Your new role
This is an all round role comprising elements of both Financial Accounting and Management Accounts. You will work closely with the FD to ensure a smooth month end close. Reporting UK performance to Group and partnering operational teams to help them improve their performance.

You will lead and support a small team to perform to a high standard and ensure their development.

You will use your strong Excel skills to manipulate complex data and present reports.
You will also get exposure to Forecasting and Budgeting.

This is a fantastic all round role that will help prepare you for further career progression. Our client is keen that this individual will be able to succeed them in the Finance Director role.

What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that you are a qualified accountant for this position.
You should have good experience of month end and management accounting and have some exposure to budgeting and forecasting.
You must have experience of Manufacturing Accounting.
