We are looking for an awesome Associate Director to join our growing accounting team alongside other entrepreneurial and commercially minded rockstars. This permanent, full-time opportunity plays a super important part in the leadership of our division and your personal growth.

What's the game plan?

• You will be coaching, mentoring & supporting the development and growth of each team member and enable them to see the invisible, believe the incredible and achieve the impossible!
• Create, maintain and grow amazing client relationships with a client list of $1m+
• Flawlessly execute our service offerings to clients whilst also driving innovation and growth. This means being relentless and looking for better and smarter ways to get the job done
• A competitive compensation and benefits package commensurate with experience is on offer ranging from $160k to $180k plus a s**tload of perks!

Requirements

We want to hear from people who:

• Have 8+ years of public practice accounting
• Have strong technical proficiency in tax and consulting/modelling engagements including budgeting, cash flow forecasting & evaluations
• Have excellent Microsoft Excel skills and strong Xero skills
• Enjoy being a mentor and coach for junior and graduate accountants
• Look for opportunities to have fun and have strong meaningful relationships
