Today, we provide various accounting, legal and HR services to the Bridgestone Group Companies across Europe. We hire over 220 employees who support our Business Partners in six languages (English, French, German, Spanish, Italian as well as Polish). AP Junior Accountant

temporary contract (18 months)

Responsibilities:   

• AP operations: posting accounting documents (including PO, non-PO invoices, payment advances), payment proposals preparation and verification, vendor accounts reconciliation, month/year-end closing tasks, various reports’ preparation and analysis
• Assisting with team/departmental projects and standardization initiatives
• Identifying and implementing potential process improvements
• First line contact and support to any local AP related queries

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of English
• Accounting or linguistic studies will be an advantage
• High level of customer service and good communication skills  
• Basic knowledge of any ERP package, though training and support shall be provided according to individual needs
• Good MS Office skills
