This unique opportunity is for a candidate looking to obtain a solid and qualifying work experience in finance, business and project management working closely with the CEO to actively support the raise of the funding round. The internship involves working on funding and investment related work, learning every day and gradually assuming more responsibilities subject to performance. All necessary training required for the role will be provided.
Duration: 10-14 weeks, 28-30 hours a week
Location:
Remotely, on-site or the combination of the two.
What you may be involved in:
• Preparing investor materials
• Researching and identification of potential funding sources
• Assisting with writing and editing of financing applications
• Building and reviewing financial models
• Creating business plans and presentations
• Researching and defining the investor target pool
• Participating in investor communications
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations
• Other related work
General requirements for the candidate:
Fluent written and spoken English
Evidence of exceptional academic and practical achievements
Currently studying for Finance, Accounting, Engineering or other technical degrees and the internship is part of the academic curriculum
Prior internship experience is preferred
Excellent modeling skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Excel)
Ability to work independently, detail-oriented, and execution focused
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Excellent research and writing skills
Highly collaborative and team-oriented

Although the internship is unpaid, you will be eligible for a performance-based bonus. The company will make contributions towards transportation costs if you chose to work from the office.
