An exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, hands on, self-starter who likes to get into the detail.

You will be a key member of the SMT and therefore need a confident in communication style working closely with operational and commercial teams.

Description

  • Manage the month end process to produce management accounts
  • Manage the balance sheet reconciliation and maintain a robust financial control environment
  • Monitor inventory standard costing and impacts of changes of raw material costs
  • Ensure all external deadlines for compliance and reporting are achieved, including VAT, Intrastat, BIK, ONS submissions.
  • Preparation of statutory accounts and tax packs, audit contact to manage a smooth process
  • Develop financial variance analysis and performance scorecards to support the business improvement plans with the commercial and operational teams
  • Oversea the production of weekly cash forecasts
  • Prepare budgets and high level quarterly forecasts.
  • Lead & coach team

Profile

  • Professionally Quailfied (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
  • 3 years + PQE
  • Experience managing and coaching a team
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Cash and working capital management
  • Systems and process implementation advantageous
