Education organisation based in Wiltshire, office based in Trowbridge with a mixture of flexible home/office working available. Looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager.
Description
As the in-house Recruitment Manager and reporting to the Head of HR, you will provide an through and efficient recruitment service to hiring managers and candidates.
The role will be focused on operational recruitment delivery and developing and rolling out improvements in recruitment practice across the organisation. You will be the source of expert guidance and practical support to hiring managers and candidates.
Profile
The right Recruitment Manager for the role will ideally be from an in-house or RPO background, with solid experience of ATS and recruiting in a 360 role.
Job Offer
£30k - £34k dependant on experience - great holiday allowance and benefits.
The role is based in Trowbridge, flexible working is available with a mix of office/home working.
