Michael Page are recruiting for an Interim Finance Business Partner to join a large Public Sector organisation based in Central Leeds.

Client Details

The client are a large, well known Public Sector organisation based in Leeds. They are a highly regarded organisation and offer a range of career opportunities. They are looking for an Interim Finance Business Partner to join their established central Finance function on a long-term interim basis. They are currently fully working from home and will be offering a hybrid working week when the office re-opens with a mix of home and office working being available.

Description

As an Interim Finance Business Partner, duties will include but are not limited to, leading finance partners to deliver a full range of finance partnering support to budget holders and other key stakeholders, month end reporting, producing forecasts and budgets, providing modelling and management of costing and pricing methodologies, supporting budget holders and ensuring value for money, creating financial reports to be delivered to stakeholders, reporting on variance analysis, dealing with queries and other ad hoc duties.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a fully Qualified Accountant ESSENTIAL
  • Have worked in a finance business partnering role previously ESSENTIAL
  • Have prepared budgets and worked with budget holders/stakeholders previously ESSENTIAL
  • Be able to analysis and process financial performance ESSENTIAL

Job Offer

£53,000- £60,000 annual salary equivalent on a day rate + Interim Finance Business Partner + Leeds based public sector organisation + weekly pay + long term interim assignment
