Duties:.
- Accounts Receivable including generating invoices, verify and accurately post all payments to the correct invoices
- Supervising accounts payable
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing of accruals, prepayments and subsequent journals
- Assisting with year-end procedures
- Staff payroll, Super and managing staff leaves
- Monthly and quarterly BAS lodgements
- Liaising with external tax accountant and auditor
- Assisting with operational related tasks
- Continuous improvement of financial processes
Skills and Experience:
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role or Business Services role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work within a team environment
- MYOB Advanced would be highly regarded
- Experience with Excel
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred
- A Bachelor of Accounting or a Bachelor of Commerce (Majoring in Accounting)
