The Role:
Opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator/Accounts Payable Officer to join the Finance team and work in a friendly office environment.
This role will need to ensure the accuracy and on-time delivery of information to the payroll system provider and carry out accounts payable tasks.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Payroll Administrator/ Accounts Payable
- Part-time hours - 25 hr week (3 to 4 days)
- Temp with view to Perm
- $36.00 per hour

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process suppliers invoices and ensure payments are made on time in accordance with company policy
- Process vendor account applications
- Coordinate and administer all aspects of personnel data to be provided to payroll system provider.
- Prompt and accurate response to all employee payroll enquiries
- Keep abreast of employee condition changes in conjunction with EBA
- Proven work experience in Payroll & Accounts Payable in a similar environment
- Experience with Pronto ERP system is desirable but not essential
- Attention to detail
- High degree of professionalism including confidentiality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in the basic use of Excel
- Good interpersonal skills to work in a team environment
