Snr Finance Manager within complex growing business

Your new company
An established, yet rapidly growing services organisation with ambitious plans seek to appoint a technically astute finance leader with strong reporting and leadership skills.

Your new role
Reporting into Director level you and your team will ensure annual financial statements & quarterly reporting requirements are delivered in a timely and accurate manner. You will review the management reports and tax computations completed by your team ensuring compliance is maintained in line with FRS 102 and IFRS. You will recruit, train and manage the daily output of your wider team whilst juggling any ad-hoc internal projects which improves the finance function in addition to manage the annual audit process.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant with a preference for those trained within the chartered profession (ACA / ACCA) who demonstrate a strong technical accounting skill set. You will be deadline driven and demonstrate excellent leadership qualities. Experience of working within (or with) a highly regulated organisation would be very desirable.
