Part Time Permanent Purchase Ledger Assistant based in Perth, salary £18,500 - £22,000 full time equivalent

Hays Accountancy & Finance are recruiting on behalf of their exclusive client for an experienced Part Time Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their business on a permanent basis. The company can offer 25 to 30 hours a week depending what suits the successful candidate over 4 or 5 days. Salary is £18,500 - £22,000 full time equivalent depending on experience and the role is working in the office in Perth with all COVID regulations in place.

Your new role

You will process all incoming invoices and allocate to the correct manager for sign off. You will raise any queries on invoices with suppliers and assist in reviewing monthly statements. You will complete payment runs. This is an extremely high volume purchase ledger position processing well over 1000 invoices per month.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a highly experienced purchase ledger assistant who is used to working in a high volume, fast paced role. You will have excellent communication skills, strong accuracy & attention to detail and be comfortable with extensive accurate data entry. You will ideally have experience within Sage but this is not essential.
