Well established not for profit based in W. Yorkshire, but will be a Hybrid based role with anticipation of 1 - 2 days at in the office and the rest working from home.

Description
An Interim Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for an initial 6 month contract managing a small team and supporting the needs of key stakeholders across the business. - key areas of delivery will include:
- Comprehensive reporting to demonstrate detailed financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities.
- Oversight and review of commentary for the leadership team.
- Run the budgeting and forecasting processes and lead the ongoing development of the planning process to support the needs of the wider business and executive team.
- Financial modelling and responding to ad hoc requests from stakeholders.
- Lead and developing a team of finance professionals, providing management support and leadership best practice. Undertaking management activities to maintain team performance and drive colleague engagement.
- Deliver a business partnering approach to financial planning and analysis to ensure the requirements of all stakeholders are fully delivered.
- Provide strategic and tactical decision support response to the business.
- A flexible approach is needed to swap between detailed financial modelling to then interacting with and supporting key stakeholders across the course of a "typical" day.
Profile
To be successful in the role of Interim Financial Planning & Analysis Manager you will need the following accountancy skills and experience:
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
- Previous experience with financial planning & analysis
- Commercial acumen
- Financial modelling skills
- Experience of supporting a range of key stakeholders
- Strong excel skills
Job Offer
Salary of c£55,000 - £60,000 depending upon experience
Hybrid based role
24 days holiday plus statutory days (pro rated for the 6 month contract period)
