Michael Page are recruiting for an Interim Financial Controller to join a Not for Profit organisation based in Wakefield.
Client Details
The client are a well known Not for Profit organisation based in Wakefield. They are a highly regarded organisation who do a lot of valuable work for the area. They are looking for an Interim Financial Controller to join them for around 4-5 months. The role will mainly be working from home
Description
As an Interim Financial Controller duties will include but are not limited to, producing financial accounts, preparing statutory accounts, working with the auditors, preparing analysis, reviewing tax submission for the HMRC, preparing balance sheets and budgets, monitoring cash flow, producing the VAT returns, reviewing supplier contracts, improving processes, dealing with queries and other ad hoc duties.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Be immediately available or on a weeks notice ESSENTIAL
- Be a fully Qualified Accountant ESSENTIAL
- Have prepared statutory accounts ESSENTIAL
- Have prepared Financial Accounts ESSENTIAL
- Have produced VAT returns ESSENTIAL
Job Offer
£50,000- £60,000 equivalent salary on a daily rate + immediate start + Interim Financial Controller + PAYE/ Umbrella + weekly pay + Wakefield based organisation with the role being mainly remote working
