The Company

Robert Half have partnered with a dynamic and evolving Business here in Perth CBD to source an exceptional Document Controller with a keen eye for detail. You will play a crucial role in the smooth running of the Company's operations as you oversee all record management. This is a permanent, full time opportunity where you will be completing a variety of tasks in line with relevant accreditation requirements.

The Role

Key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining the Internal Management System including all document updates and amendments
• Setting up the Internal Management System for new branches
• Provide support to employees to navigate the Internal Management System
• Ongoing maintenance of the Company Reference Library
• Maintaining all internal Company Procedures, Company Induction and In-House Training documentation
• Manage all change requests and Workflows within the Business
• Maintenance of continual archiving for hardcopy/electronic documents
• Compiling reports ie Performance Reports
• Any other ad hoc duties as required.

About You

This is a busy and varied role sitting within the National QSHE Team where you will work with a variety of documentation across Management Systems, Strategic Plans, Business Plans, Procedures and Onboarding. Due to the nature of the industry, the Business adhere to strict accreditation requirements so experience with ISO9001 QMS will be a great advantage. You will be comfortable working in a high-volume environment with a keen eye for detail and an ability to multi-task. You will also be comfortable navigating the MS Office suite including SharePoint.
