About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team to support Senior Management with key financial decisions to ensure the long-term success and growth of our business.

A successful Senior FP&A Analyst combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to compile and analyse financial reports and forecasts. The ideal candidate also has the ability to collaborate, support and provide insightful and accurate financial information with strategic decision makers across the business.

Responsibilities include analysing and presenting key financial data to assist Senior Management in making critical business decisions, managing the budgeting and forecasting for our business and supporting the strategic decision-making process through the provision of financial modelling.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive the quarterly and annual budgeting process including regular forecast updates for cashflow, expense and capital requirements
• Preparing finance reports, forecasts and analysis for presentation to the board
• Coordinate with the CFO and the executive team on long term financial planning
• Developing financial business cases for new business opportunities
• Assessing ROI of Seer's assets and investments
• Developing financial dashboards for all areas of our business - Software, Product, Clinical and Head Office
• Producing supporting documentation and modelling for future funding rounds
• Liaison with external Stakeholders and Advisors
• Analyse divisional performance against financial OKRs
• Identify organisational risks
• Assisting in process improvement and systems enhancement initiatives
• Proactively identify new initiatives that could benefit the organisation.

About You

• Proven experience as a business analyst, in financial modelling or similar role
• Expert knowledge of budgeting and forecasting principles and practices
• Excellent knowledge ability to present financial information to Operational Managers
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of risk analysis
• Demonstrated experience using financial software
• Analytical and curious mind with aptitude in math
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor in accounting, finance or similar field
• CPA or CA certification (preferred)
