Hays Senior Finance are proud to be partnered with a market leading retail organisation based in Swindon to recruit a Finance Business Partner to deliver accurate financial reporting and business partner with various teams to maximise profitability and revenue.

Your new role

As a key commercial business partner, you'll be responsible for driving commercial and financial awareness across the business and identifying risks and opportunities, you'll also be responsible for;

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and performance reporting.
• Supporting senior stakeholders with insightful business analysis.
• Supporting management and business leaders with budgeting and forecasting.
• Supporting the annual audit process and liaising with external auditors.
• Supporting commercial decision making and providing challenge to the team.

What you'll need to succeed

Alongside a relevant accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent), it'd be great if you had;

• Exceptional data analysis skills to take data and influence business decisions.
• Experience of interacting and managing senior stakeholders up to board level.
• Experience preparing a monthly P&L, balance sheet, budgets, and forecasts.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and financial modelling techniques.
