Job Details
The Operations Accountant position entails the individual to be able to maximise their financial insights and analysis to aid financial decisions. They will lead business strategy in the Greenford office to drive decision making and business performance.

My client are the leaders in the FMCG market. They provide high quality ready meals to some of the major high street supermarkets. Their Finance team is expanding and they are looking for a new Operations Accountant to join their offices in Greenford.
Description
Key responsibilities for the Operations Accountant include:
- Deliver business performance and growth targets
- Taking a lead role in target setting and performance management to translate the business priorities into performance goals and growth plans
- Recommend opportunities to maximise profitability and seek out game changing ideas
- Incorporate cost saving initiatives, maximise operational efficiency, operational footprint and customer configuration
- Prioritise, manage, allocate and reallocate resources across key projects and key areas of business priority
- Test new and different ways to simplify and improve
- Reduce costs and grow margin
- Capture and incorporate the best insight to help generate workable solutions
- Lead with confidence, embrace a change mindset & culture always considering what might be possible
