Your new role

The Group Finance Manager role is a key senior member of the growing UK team which is forecasted to continue developing its portfolio from both a development and management perspective. You will be responsible for leading a finance team of 2 and tasked with improving reporting processes:

• Financial accounting
• EMEA reporting
• Management of 2
• Supervision of outsourced functions
• Reporting to group

What you'll need to succeed

You must have strong academics and be ACA/ACCA qualified. In addition, a good interest and understanding of the real estate market will support your ability to provide strategic insights.
