Your new role
This new position has been created to provide the team with accurate and insightful financial analysis and forecasting to improve decision making capabilities. Key areas that the role will cover include:

• Month end management reporting
• Provide business partnering for the Cost Centre owners and their teams - preparation of budgets and reforecasts and supporting with calculations for the cost reporting.
• Develop and implement a capital spend process across the business and perform the tracking and monitoring.
• Identify and implement improvements in systems and processes to ensure all work carried out is efficient and value adding.
• Assist the Finance Business Partner and Head of Finance with ad-hoc requests to support the business when required.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal person for this role will be fully CCAB qualified with demonstrable, recent experience in management reporting and cost accounting. Commercially minded and analytical, it is essential that you have confident communication skills and the ability to influence others at all levels, across various departments. Key qualities required include enthusiasm, positive attitude, integrity, and a proactive nature along with an advanced Excel skill set.
