Description

As an integral part of the close-knit finance team, this autonomous role will be responsible for the following duties:

• Raising and issuing customer invoices
• Electronic billing
• Allocating and receipting payments
• Reconciling bank and customer statements
• Following up overdue accounts
• Responding to customer account queries
• Assisting with end of month reporting
• Identifying process improvement
• Assisting with various administrative tasks

Profile

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and driven professional with recent experience in a high volume accounts receivable role. You will bring with you an enthusiastic and engaging personality matched with strong attention to detail. In addition you will have excellent communication skills and adopt a customer service approach.
