Job Description :
Lead Business Analyst to start workshop sessions on Conduct risk of TMK. Insurance domain mandatory. Experience & Education
• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5-8 years' experience as business analyst.
• General / P&C Insurance experience strongly preferred; Speciality lines & Lloyds Market experience is a value add. Financial services experience can be considered.
• Knowledge in key business domains such as Underwriting, Finance, Claims and Operations is an advantage.
• Experience in PEGA projects is strongly preferred. Other enterprise Insurance platforms (like Guidewire) is a big plus.
• Strong analytical skills and pro-active problem-solving skills.
• Experience in working in complex projects in multi-vendor environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization.
• Experience with business requirements gathering/analysis, business process modelling/mapping and change management.
• Must have worked in all phases of SDLC in an Agile/Scrum methodology. Roles and Responsibilities
• Analyse and translate business requirements into user stories, be an interface between business functions and IT teams.
• Lead Requirement workshops, formalize and validate business requirements, processes and solutions keeping the Product in mind.
• Support the development of solutions by working closely with business and suppliers, be able to communicate with IT developers, final users and management.
• Support functional tests and user's acceptance tests.
• Share best practices, lessons learned and work on continuous improvement of methods and tools.
• Prioritise workload and balance/escalate conflicting demands in order to ensure agreed deadlines are achieved.
• Develop effective working relationships with the business in order to assist in the delivery of projects ensuring service continues to meet customer satisfaction.
• Conduct peer reviews of project documentation that may be produced within the team to ensure consistent approach and quality.
