• Be in possession of a Grade 12 Certificate.
• Be in possession of an appropriate tertiary qualification (degree or equivalent in Costing, Financial Management or Management Accounting).
• A minimum of 3 years' management or cost accounting experience within a mining/ manufacturing environment.
• Have SAP CO and PS experience.
• Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills will be required.
• Be able to communicate at all levels within the operation.
• Be willing to travel between shafts using own transport.
• Be prepared to work extended hours on an ad hoc basis.
• Be declared medically fit for the position and the environment, as determined by the risk based medical examination at the relevant Occupational Health and Safety Centre.
