- Property industry experience (essential)
- Consolidations experience (essential)
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete monthly financial reports
- Bank reconciliations
- Ensuring all invoices have been authorized and captured in creditor module
- Creditors reconciliations
- Debtors reconciliations
- Reconciling general ledger to debtors ledger, balance sheet and income statement
- Loan balances
- Preparing trial balances
- Consolidations
- Preparing monthly group consolidations
- Complete and submit all statutory and municipal returns
