The Company

Our client is a NZ owned manufacturing business based in Glenbrook. This business is a key player within the steel industry. They are experiencing an influx in workload and therefore require a contractor to come onboard to assist during this period.

The Role

In this role you will be working in the Accounts Payable team reporting to the Finance Manager. You will be critical to the success of the wider Accounts Payable team and your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the accounts payable inbox
• Printing email invoices
• Accurately matching invoices to the correct supplier names.
• Data entry into the accounting system
• Completing bank statement reconciliations

Your profile:

You will have proven experience in an Accounts Payable position, where you have really taken ownership of the function, whether that be in a team or sole-charge capacity. You will also be deadline driven with excellent communication skills.

You will be someone who can work well with others, whilst being results-orientated with a high level of attention to detail.
