Te Kaiurungi | About the Role

Our Talent Acquisition team partner with our business divisions to deliver great outcomes for both our hiring managers and candidates. We're focused on building and executing innovative talent solutions to help our business transform and reimagine banking for our customers.

As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you'll support our hiring managers with both end-to-end recruitment and self-service support. This role will focus on recruiting across a number of business divisions and all levels so solid experience as a recruiter with demonstrated stakeholder management is key. No two days are the same and the ability to manage a flexible portfolio is crucial to the success of the role.

This role will see you:
  • Delivering a seamless end-to-end recruitment process; acting as a trusted, credible advisor
  • Supporting BNZ's employment brand and proactively networking in order to attract the best talent
  • Supporting hiring managers to use self-service tools and implement best practice recruitment methods
  • Actively identifying opportunities for improvement in process and customer experience
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience through every interaction and touchpoint

  • Experience in full-spectrum end-to-end recruitment - from taking job briefs, proactively sourcing candidates to managing the offer process; and everything in between!
  • The ability to easily build consultative relationships with others
  • A strong focus on delivering a great candidate and hiring manager experience
  • A solution-focused attitude with a drive for continuous improvement
  • The ability to manage conflicting demands and be unflappable under pressure
  • Strong influencing skills and be able to easily communicate at all levels of the business
