About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly ambitious and motivated team player to join our Insurances team as our Business Insurance Specialist.

As a Business Insurance Specialist, you will provide comprehensive insurance advice and implement appropriate product solutions to meet the protection needs of referred customers.

Key Accountabilities:

• Build strong relationship networks within targeted BNZ channels by championing the need to provide advice for customers with complex protection needs.
• Provide customised Life, Disability and Health insurance advice based on an in-depth understanding and analysis of customer needs
• Manage policy application process to completion through approved insurers
• Maintain an ongoing customer review program to maximise customer satisfaction and retention.

About You

You will love working with customers to understand their goals and personal/business protection needs. You will hold current Financial Adviser Status with experience dealing with comprehensive product solutions through different insurers.

• Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products
• Willingness to embrace new technologies to deliver advice
• Ability to grow your networks and positively influence colleagues and key stakeholders
