Te Kaiurungi | About the Role
The Remediation Analyst is part of the CP&S Remediation centre of excellence that focusses on making things right for when multiple customers are impacted by issues such as errors in pricing, disclosure, or compliance.
Guided by the Senior Remediation Manager you will work in a squad alongside a Remediation Lead to deliver a portfolio of cases. You will own the analytical deliverables for your cases including identifying impacted customers and determining degree of impact for each customer. You will also:

- Develop the remediation plan with the case Remediation Lead
- Deliver all data and calculation requirements for your remediation cases
- Obtain data extracts, and validate data with stakeholders as required
- Engage with business stakeholders, keep them accountable and informed of data and calculation progress and issues
- Perform required validation processes and control checks across all extracted data and customer remediation calculations

You'll be a team player who will bring excellent communication skills and a drive for continuous improvement. You will also possess:
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Proficiency manipulating large amounts of data in excel and building models
- Good attention to detail, ability to execute analysis accurately
- Ability to apply business knowledge and logic to analysis
- Highly organised and efficient, ability to work on multiple cases at once
- Good knowledge of BNZ products
