A well known business, with a reputation for staff retention, are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join their team.
As a Purchase Ledger Supervisor, you will report into the Finance Manager, responsible for the day to day management of a small purchase ledger team.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: daily management of a small team including training, 121s, recruitment; work allocation to ensure accurate processing of invoices; supplier statement reconciliations; payment runs; responding to and resolving escalated queries.
The successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge of working in a Senior Accounts Payable role - Essential
- Have knowledge of supervising a small team - Highly Beneficial
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
