Manufacturing company based in Burleigh seek experienced Accounts Payable Officer on temporary to permanent basis
Our client is a national manufacturer with their Queensland head office based at their site in Burleigh.

There is an opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for full function accounts payable -

• Data entry of high volumes of invoices
• Matching invoices to GRN or PO's
• Statement reconciliations
• Payment runs
• Dealing with supplier queries
• Identifying process efficiencies

This is a high volume role which at the moment is quite inefficient, we are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer who likes to identify process improvements and assist in their implementation (ie invoice scanning)
