The Program Delivery team is responsible for supporting the Chief Executive Officer and the Executive Leadership Team in driving the implementation of critical Group-wide risk and simplification programs, managing their interdependencies and strengthening the bank's ability to effectively deliver major programs of work.

Program Delivery also supports the Group in ongoing customer remediation program deliverables including ongoing maturation of risk approaches and practices.

The Project Management Office (PMO) team is an integral part of the Customer Remediation Team (CRT). The team provides project & change management, process optimisation and delivery services across all CRT Advice Remediation programs. The PMO team supports CRT leadership and program delivery leads to execute effectively and efficiently, delivering the best customer outcomes.

Specifically, the PMO team works across the CRT to:

Create and implement appropriate change management & delivery activities which maximise employee adoption and lead to operational benefits Optimise delivery by improving process efficiency; Maintain program governance, documentation and best practices; and Coach and support executives and leaders in helping them fulfil their role to embed the change delivery.

The team does this with a focus on People, Process (both process improvement and design) & Technology to make things simple and easy for our customers and colleagues.

Do work that matters

Your role will be to undertake Business analysis planning and monitoring to determine which activities are necessary in order to identify and define relevant stakeholders, select appropriate techniques and processes to manage requirements and constant assessment of progress

More specifically you will
  • Gather, organise and synthesize large amounts of information from various sources
  • Working with stakeholders to understand their needs, concerns and the environment that they operate in
  • Effectively communicate requirements to stakeholders, managing conflicts, issues and changes in order to ensure that stakeholders and project team members remain in agreement on solution scope and actual needs.
  • Effectively identify and define business needs and problems/issues to enable a feasible solution scope to be developed.
  • Assess and document the current state of business to identify and recommend improvements and verification and validation of resulting requirements
  • Determine the effectiveness of proposed solutions including the identification any associated risks as well as the risk for not implementing the solution
  • Develop documentation including Business Requirements documents and models; concept papers; design specifications and delivery of learning's to end user.
  • Convert business needs into functional designs and leads business stakeholders towards functional design decisions

  • Solid, demonstrated business analysis or process improvement experience (within Financial Services)
  • Software and solution delivery lifecycle experience
  • Experience working on technology enabled projects
  • Understanding of BABOK® Knowledge Areas
  • Agile experience
  • Previous experience in Advice Remediation
