- Service a portfolio of both junior listed and premium private clients across the pharmaceuticals, mining and retail sectors, amongst others.
- Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to support internal finance functions. Prepare work papers and management reports (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Accounts Payable/Receivable etc).
- Be a key client interface, responding to queries and attending onsite meetings, as required.
- Proactively seek opportunities to create ‘best practice' systems and controls. Strive for constant improvement and refinement.
- Manage the output of a small team (based locally and offshore).
- Create work process flows to ensure timely reporting.

- This role requires you to be proactive, take ownership of tasks, and follow through on action items with a high degree of reliability and accuracy. You're someone who can seek solutions independently.
- The work environment can be high energy.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- CA/CPA qualifications (or working towards)
- Advanced Excel skills (comfortable in the use of pivot tables, Vlook up, Hlookup etc.)
- A grounding in Audit (ideally large Mid Tier or Big 4) - 2 - 5 years.
- A general understanding of basic taxation (GST, FBT etc) and journals.
