Our clients are a highly successful 2nd tier Accounting practice located in the northern suburbs of Perth who have 20 staff and several partners.

The practice offers services within tax and business advisory, SMSF, Bookkeeping and financial planning to a large and well established client base from across Western Australia.

Due to growth and success the Partners would now like to add to their successful team with the addition of an experienced tax manager.

This is a newly created position and a real chance for the successful candidate to progress their career with a successful accounting practice.

The successful candidate will manage a team of 10 accountants and admin staff within the tax and business services team, Be directly responsible for a set of key clients and work close with the partners of the practice, Mentor and coach accounting staff and review work.

To apply for this exciting vacancy you will need 6 or more years experience within tax and business services accounting in Australia, CA or CPA qualified, Proven track record of management experience within accounting and team leadership, Excellent communication skills, Enjoy training junior staff.
