Two years ago we have set a new Shared Service Team (finance) located in Warsaw to serve our Publishing companies in Denmark, Sweden, UK and Germany.

PTP Accountant

Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

Responsibilities:

• Invoice validation and invoice processing, including royalty and PO invoices,
• General vendor support activities, such as responding to vendor queries and checking vendor statements
• Support local businesses in their daily activities
• Responsible for Vendor Master data, creation and modification of vendor accounts
• Support in month-end closing activities
• Overall support of the team / ad hoc tasks

Experience, skills and qualifications:

• Economics students with finance background are preferred
• Ability to work as a part of the team, good communication skills
• Good English
• Good MS Office skills
• Dedicated and committed
• Enthusiasm and commitment
