A reputable concern in the banking industry is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team. The Business Analyst will report to the Senior Manager and be responsible for developing new/enhanced capabilities and processes for the business unit.

JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The Business Analyst will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, testing and production of new banking opportunities. The Business Analyst will be responsible for business development and optimization as well as revenue generation and stakeholder management. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for developing and optimizing the business units' capabilities, processes, products and services as well as the overall financial performance of the business unit.

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

• BCom Honors in Accounting
• Completed SAICA articles

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

• At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience in a banking environment
• High level understanding of core banking systems, banking infrastructure and processes
• Strong banking products experience such as credit cards, payments, and services exposure
• Project management exposure would be advantageous
