Description:

My client is a medium-sized firm who provides corporate finance advisory to listed and unlisted firms. They have an opening in their Corporate Finance Team for an Associate. You will have the opportunity of getting exposure to the full transaction process from deal origination to closing off a deal. Your daily duties and responsibilities will include financial modelling, conducting valuations and due diligence.

Education:

• BCom Finance/Economics/Investments
• Engineering degree with CFA level completed
• CFA level II will be beneficial

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• 2-3 Years' experience in Corporate Finance, specifically having exposure to Mergers and Acquisitions transactions
• Advanced in Excel
• Passion for the Corporate Finance industry
