BUSINESS ANALYST - REAL ESTATE - CENTRAL LONDON - LONG TERM CONTRACT
Client Details
My client are a PE backed student accommodation business who have recently been acquired by a highly regarded private equity house.
Description
Working closely with the Director of strategy and shareholder communications, you will be responsible for:
- Financial modelling and forecasting
- Working on strategic level projects with emphasis on driving activities
- Support the delivery of monthly and quarterly shareholder (and board) reports
- Assist in the project management of shareholder level priority activities, working alongside the internal Heads of department and business to ensure they are across the scope and timescale for all shareholder level deliverables
- Support the pre-deal acquisition integration activities and coordination of integration programme post completion; this includes liaising with internal Heads of department weekly to ensure smooth project management of acquisitions and supporting the internal reporting process
- Support the manager in coordination of the business change agenda and relevant reporting (identification, set-up, delivery tracking of projects)
Profile
- Qualified accountant
- Project Management experience, preferably in Real Estate, Financial services/ Investment/ funds/ corporate development
- Business partnering experience
- Outstanding Microsoft office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
- Confident and outgoing personality
