Job Details

Finance Administrator role to provide support across a fast paced and demanding Accounts Receivable working in a large Not for Profit and Charities sector business in Coventry. The successful candidate will manage a variety of tasks supporting the large Credit team.

My client is a high performing and large Not for Profit and Charities sector business based in Coventry. The business work in a fast paced environment and require a strong dedicated individual who enjoys managing various tasks and supporting a large team.

Description

The Finance Administrator role based in Coventry will involve:

  • Supporting the Credit function by providing a variety of administration based duties
  • Supporting credit controllers in managing customer data effectively
  • Updating and amending customer database/excel spreadsheets accurately
  • Raising and issuing invoices and copy statements
  • Liaising with customers, taking details and requesting supporting documentation
  • Updating ledgers, supporting in allocation of payments and reviewing bank accounts for incoming payments
  • Providing customer service both internally and externally

Profile

To be successful in this exciting Finance Administrator role the ideal candidate will either have financial administration experience working in a fast paced environment with a can do attitude or be a junior candidate with 6-12 months placement under their belts. Basic understanding of financial ledgers (AP or AR) would be advantageous along with good IT and Excel skills.
