Finance Manager Vacancy, up to £40,000 DOE


Your new company

A client of mine is looking for a Finance Manager to join the business and manage the day-to-day finance function, while overseeing and improving transactional controls, processes and reporting.

Your new role

As the successful candidate, you will be managing the day-to-day financial department, including reviewing and signing off the transactional processing, making an necessary adjustments. You will also be responsible for the payroll, monthly accounts, including Management Accounts, accruals, prepayments etc. with monthly closure of debtors, creditors and fixed assets. Supporting the production of budgets and forecasts will be highly beneficial. Likewise, training and developing the finance team, with 1:1s and personal career reviews to ensure the team and business grows.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking maintain exposure to Management Accounts, and gain team management experience.

What you'll need to succeed

To be the successful candidate, you must have excellent communication and leadership skills, with a minimum accounting qualification of AAT. You will also have excellent, hands-on experience with all ledgers and accounts production.

What you'll get in return

This opportunity is paying £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
