Job Responsibilities:
- Audit planning
- Manage and review audit fieldwork from the accountants while providing on the job training where necessary
- Draft and submit audit reports and present your findings and issues to the committee board
- Provide recommendations and advice to your clients on improvements and efficiencies
- Supervise the Audit team and train & manage junior staff
- Liaising closely with internal and external staff and stakeholders
- Working towards or current CA/CPA qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an external audit environment
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organized
- Great communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence
- Capable of operating with minimal of direction and supervision
