Finance Manager job for a manufacturing company based close to Croydon

Your new company
You will be working for a well established company based close to Croydon in the Head Office and Manufacturing plant.

Your new role
Reporting into the local leadership team as well as to the Divisional Finance Director, you will be taking on a broad role overseeing the Management of the finance department on a day to day basis including monthly, quarterly and year management accounting, overseeing the small transactional team who process AP/AR and ensure a smooth payroll process. In addition you'll be heavily involved in the commercial accounting to drive efficiencies and revenue growth. At year end you will also oversee the audit process and work with the external accountants to deliver the stats.

What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your extensive accounting experience, you should be able to evidence resent, demonstrable experience within a manufacturing / engineering environment. An accounting qualification would be highly advantageous. Most importantly is a hands on, positive approach!
