Your new role
A truly exciting opportunity to join an audit team in the early stages and be instrumental in setting up processes and procedures.
Contributing to and delivering the Internal Audit Plan covering all areas of the organisation and assisting with the direction and development of the Internal Audit function. You will undertake planned and ad hoc audits and reviews providing assurance as to compliance with legal and regulatory standards; and internal and customer facing policies, procedures and performance obligations.
The focus of the Internal Audit work is Operational Audits.

The remit of the role will extend across all areas of the organisation, and all activities performed, with priorities being determined by risk assessment and exposure.
This role requires an experienced Internal Auditor with relevant internal audit and risk experience, who must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment together with excellent attention to detail. The individual must have excellent communication and management skills in order to maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that audit work is carried out in accordance with best practice.


What you'll need to succeed
This is a new and small team and it is essential that you have - prior Internal Audit or advisory experience; a can do attitude and are self-motivated and flexible; and the ability to hit the ground running working both independently and as part of a team.
You will be IIA/CIA, ACA or ACCA qualified



What you'll get in return
